Diocesan Secure File Portal – Police Clearances

All high-risk volunteer ministry positions must have a police record check (PRC) completed every three years. Volunteers in Ontario are now able to have police record checks completed by their local police service with no charge.

All parish employees, clergy, and licensed lay readers are not volunteer positions and must submit XpressChek through the diocese. The parish will be billed for all XpressCheks with the exception of those for clergy.

Please use this portal to upload:

  • XpressChek application forms and accompanying identification. (Screening results will be provided to the parish rector).
  • Results of volunteer police record checks completed by a local police service.

Example: John Smith, Treasurer; Jane Smith, Sunday School Coordinator; Bob Jones, Counter
***Clergy, Staff, and Licenced Lay Readers are required to completed an XpressChek application through the Diocese of Huron.
